have the model that makes either a cup and saucer and a mug. Right from the beginning I have only had a half mug come through. I was disappointed and then was at my brother's house and he gets a full mug. He has a three button model but I don't see why my mug doesn't fill. I registered my appliance online and am totally disappointed with my coffee maker. My brother had the same problem and they sent him a new one and tld him that it would be a three button type as they had problems with the two button model. Mine is only six months old if that and I need a response in order to replace this model as it has been defective right from the start. Please don't make me purchase a Tassimo as I cannot afford to just throw this one away, what can you do for me.

none of these solve this problem.

We have done all of these numerous times and still we get a partial cup with a lot of water going through the return spout back into the reservoir. It's like the part that closes the return spout doesn't work but it seems like there is no way to look inside or to replace that part...we paid a lot of money for this machine and this is very disappointing. We have only had it a year and I would like Keurig to stand by your product and not give pat answers that don't work.

Very disappointed. I have cleaned everything and still am only getting partial cups. Is keurig going to come up with a solution or replace our makers?

Here's how I fixed this video..

this is for the b70 model. But im pretty sure it is the same fix for all the units. My problem was actually on the top puncture needle. That was the one that was clogged. There are also videos on youtube that show that the line from the reservior to the tank can get air in it and it shows how to get the air out of the line. Thanks and good luck...Oh and these aren't my videos. Just one that I found!!!

Keurig Partial Cup Probelms

I tried cleaning the needles and descaling but I still had water going back into the reservoir. I held my finger against the return spout to prevent the water from emptying back in and I did get a full cup of water. I then held my finger against the spout for two full cycles of brewing and recharging and that seemed to do the trick. Make sure that you completely block the return spout with your finger(don't worry the water is not hot that comes out).
