Solution 1 - Check Rubber Gasket
First: You need to check a Upper Rubber Gasket (fits around the top puncture pin). If it missing you will have leakage because here's no seal to protect leakage. You can buy it online or call Keurig Customer Service (if you still have warranty)
Second: Upper Rubber Gasket not making a seal with the K-Cup or Reusable Filter and the water and/or coffee grounds leak out. To fix it simply move Upper Rubber Gasket 1/4" down. This should close the gap between K-Cup and upper needle.
Mine leaks also and has nothing to do with the puncture site .... it leaks from the bottom all over the counter.... its been cleaned, all holes are open ... cant find the source of the leak!
Coffee tea for me
Mine leaks all over the counter too!!! I haven't dug up my receipt but I'm guessing it's just over a year old... This little machine used to make me happy... Now... REALLY UNHAPPY for only 1 Year's use, it wasn't worth the money.
my Keurig leaks all over counter also, from the bottom of the machine
My machine has just started leaking water from the bottom, why is this happening?

My Keurig leaks also on the counter during the brew cycle. What could be causing this?
WATER LEAKAGE FROM BOTTOM OF
I TOO HAVE OWNED MY COFFEE MAKER A LITTLE OVER A YEAR. IT WORKED GREAT, UNTIL 2 MONTHS AGO. IT STARTED LEAKING FROM THE BOTTOM. THE WATER SEEMS TO BE BUILDING UP UNDER THE RESSOVOIR AREA, AND SITTING THERE. I SEE THAT IS LEAKS WHEN THE MACHINE IS IN USE! WHAT SEEMS TO BE THE PROBLEM WITH IT?
I WOULD LOVE TO BUY ANOTHER, UNLESS BY CHANCE THIS WOULD BE FIXED FREE OF CHARGE.
My Keurig leaks water all over the counter. Tis happens whenever I have water in the reservoir. I have resorted to only putting enough water in the reservoir to brew what I need immediately. There must be a leaking seal or poor fitting between the water reservoir and the machine. Help!!
leaking on counter also....
Ours was leaking on the counter also and we just called the company and they are sending us a new one out for free...
I suddenly had this problem on my 2 year old single cup Keurig machine. It turns out I wasn't paying attention when I filled it and I was overfilling after I switched to a larger mug. Anything over 10 oz added to the reservoir comes out the bottom of the machine when you lift the handle. If there is any leftover water in the machine from the last brew not emptying completely, the new water added to the tank will over fill it. Simple solution in my case.
It cannot be fixed, but call customer service and they will help you
I found this string of comments because I was searching for answers for the very same problem... Big puddles of water all over my counter every time I brew a cup. First off - this is a safety hazard and its best to unplug the unit and call customer service.
I just got off the phone with them a few minutes ago. They were very polite and helpful as always. Of course my brewer was out of warranty and they do not fix this particular problem. The good news is that you can purchase a replacement for your model at a discounted price. In my case they gave me the special Edition that sells for 149.95 for 69.95. Of course I argued that I didnt want to spend any money on a new one, but the deal was sweetened by the fact that they email you coupons for 3 free boxes of KCups (the ones they sell have 24cups per box AND the coupons are good until 2015). Also, when you register your replacement brewer, you also get two boxes free when you buy two boxes.
Considering I am going to buy the Kcups eventually, and the value of the coupons is over $40, it as though the brewer only costs about 20$.
Sadly in this day and age appliances and electronics are not built to last. In my opinion, this is a very fair solution to the problem. Thank you Keurig!
Water over flowing
Why would the water continue to flow none stop till the the tank empties the brewer starts to brew but does not stop
Upper Rubber Gasket
I submitted my request to support for an Upper Rubber Gasket leak with no response after two weeks. My Keurig is less than 13 months old and leaking all over the counter. Need better support. Anyone know where to pick up this Upper rubber gasket?
Mine JUST started leaking water all over the countertop just after brewing a cup and filling for the next one.... so bummed out.
My keurig leaks coffee while brewing rather than coming out in a single stream
I also have watter leaking from the bottom of the unit. I opened it and discovered a one way valve that allows water to flow from the reservoir broke. If not mistaken, that's the common cause of water leaking from the bottom of the unit. Now, the question is where to find a replacement valve. I don't want to spent more money for a new one for a simple valve that might cost a couple of bucks to repair. Keurig must provide replacement for a defective part of their products.
i love my keurig
im cutting down on coffee and my keurig k-cup brewer is just the machine for me.
